At the harbor of Hive Island, a large ship set sail. Roya stood at the stern, waving toward the people on the dock. “Dylan! I’m counting on you to look after the place! Don’t forget what I told you!”

On the dock, Dylan bowed slightly in response.

“What are you up to this time?”

Behind him, Loxx, slumped in a large chair at the center of the deck, didn’t even turn around. “Kid, you’d better behave yourself. I don’t want to see what happened last year happen again!”

“Captain, don’t underestimate me,” Roya turned back, a bit defiant. “I’m not a six-year-old brat anymore. I won’t be doing that kind of boring stuff again!”

Actually, it wasn’t boring at all.

Or rather, because it was so dull, last year Roya organized an extraordinary deadly game on Hive Island.

He chose four pirate crews as the prey, then unleashed the island’s pirates to hunt them down. It could be said that he made an indelible contribution to world peace.

Of course, peacekeeper Roya also had a great feast and a ton of fun.

Unfortunately, the pirates got a little too carried away and caused considerable damage to Hive Island. Afterwards, Loxx gave Roya a harsh scolding.

“Good. You better act like that.”

Loxx snorted.

A similar snort came from Whitebeard, who sat quietly on the side of the ship, sipping his drink.

They both knew Roya all too well.

This kid was a born troublemaker; not everyone could treat others’ suffering as a source of amusement without any malice.

They shared the same understanding, but while Whitebeard rejected this trait, Loxx rather enjoyed it.

“Who doesn’t know? I, Roya, am the most obedient seven-year-old in the Loxx Pirates!” Roya said with a mischievous grin.

“You little brat!” Loxx couldn’t help but smile.

Roya was the only kid in the Loxx Pirates, and he was a fine one.

“Get ready. When the war starts, you won’t be able to run away either!” the world’s most dangerous man said.

“Eh? But I’m still a kid,” Roya complained. “I’ll probably get wiped out instantly.”

Sorry, Captain, I did tell Dylan to prepare, but it was actually preparation for the collapse of the Loxx Pirates.

Overthrowing the World Government to become the King of the World? You won’t manage that.

“Quit your nonsense! You’re one of my officers!” Loxx snorted coldly. “If you don’t want to die, then get stronger!”

“Oh!”

Roya’s eyes lit up immediately. “Captain, can I organize a few more events on Hive Island?”

“If you want to die!” Loxx stood up and glanced back at Roya impatiently. “Enough chatter, kid. Let me see how much you’ve improved.”

“Oh! Captain, are you going to personally train me again?”

Roya looked touched. “You really care about me. Could it be that you want me to inherit the Loxx Pirates?”

Whitebeard twitched the corner of his mouth. What nonsense was this kid spouting?

Anyone with a brain knew that the Loxx Pirates existed because of Loxx himself.

“Inherit?” Loxx sneered, hand resting on the hilt of his sword. “I don’t need any successors! When I die, let the floods come!”

“I see,” Roya looked disappointed. “If I can’t inherit the Loxx Pirates, it might be a bit difficult to fulfill my dream.”

“Your dream?”

Loxx was genuinely surprised. “What kind of dream could a kid like you have?”

“Well,” Roya scratched the back of his head awkwardly, “it’s a bit embarrassing to say, but I want to be a gourmet. I want to taste all the delicious food around the world.”

Loxx was completely stunned.

Then—

“Ha ha ha ha ha!” The man who ruled the New World laughed heartily. “You, kid… you’re something else!”

Whitebeard pursed his lips, his gaze toward Roya tinged with disdain.

This kid was truly a born troublemaker, hopelessly so.

“When I conquer the world, I’ll make your wish come true!” Loxx said generously. “But on one condition—you can’t disappoint me!”

“Captain, you’re so generous!” Roya beamed with joy. “Then watch me perform!”

Black fur sprouted across his body, and in the next moment, Roya lunged toward Loxx.

Strictly speaking, Loxx wasn’t a very good teacher.

Or rather, most pirates who grew up rough were not great at teaching.

Rayleigh only taught Luffy the basics of Haki.

The famous Teacher Kai relied on wildly swinging a giant iron rod, letting students learn on their own.

So Loxx’s teaching method for Roya was similar to Golden Lion’s—sparring matches to teach him how to fight.

The difference was that Shiki used dual blades, while Loxx wielded a single sword.

But Roya thought it made no difference; as long as he could cut people, whether one sword or two, he was fine with it.

Hive Island was not far from Elbaf; after just over a week, the ship had approached the seas near the Giant Kingdom.

But then, an unexpected event occurred.

“Oh!” Roya stood on the yardarm, holding a monocular telescope, scanning the distant sea. “A warship!”

The ship’s hull was blue, with the large characters for “Justice” emblazoned on its sail—undoubtedly a Navy warship crossing paths with them on the ocean.

“They don’t take you seriously at all, Captain!” Roya shouted. “How dare they venture into these waters! Don’t they know the New World is the territory of the Loxx Pirates?”

“That’s right,” Loxx drank his wine below. “Kid, go deal with them.”

“Huh?” Roya instinctively pointed to himself. “Me?”

He quickly waved his hand. “I can’t, Captain! If they dared to come this far, the ship might have Admiral Sengoku or Karp on board!”

“Go anyway!” Loxx said casually. “It’s just a surveillance ship, only some nobodies.”

Oh?

Does that mean he’s already scanned them with Observation Haki?

Unlike Dragon Ball’s Z fighters, the strong in this world cannot fully suppress their aura. Those skilled in Observation Haki can instantly discern strength through aura.

That settles it.

Finally, it’s time for a big feast!

The black tiger spread its wings and took off from the deck.

On the distant sea, chaos erupted on the warship’s deck.

“Loxx Pirates! This is the flagship of the Loxx Pirates!!”

“Damn it! Not only did we run into the Loxx Pirates, but it’s their flagship!”

“Loxx might be on board! We’re doomed!”

The Navy, who should have been elite, was now in utter panic.

“Silence!!” a man with the rank of Vice Admiral shouted. “Panic will only make us get caught faster!”

He was inwardly frustrated. Why such bad luck? This place should be some distance from Hive Island.

“Change course! Full speed ahead!”

He roared.

There was no other choice now—run! Run for your life!

“Yes, Vice Admiral Johnson!”

The panicked sailors found their focus and began to take their positions, steering the ship to flee at full speed.

But—

“Sorry, everyone,” a youthful voice rang from above. “The Captain has ordered me to take care of you.”

“Who’s there?”

Vice Admiral Johnson looked up sharply.

Floating in the sky was a black tiger, its wings flapping as it silently gazed down upon them.

“You’re that guy!”

Johnson’s pupils constricted. “Black Tiger Roya!”

Hearing this, Roya’s furry face showed a hint of disdain. “Could you please ask Headquarters to give me a different nickname? Do you know how much harm such an ugly nickname causes a seven-year-old?”

A Vice Admiral? No memories of him from past lives; probably not a big deal.

That’s fine. It’s well known that most Navy Vice Admirals are bumbling; ordinary Headquarters Vice Admirals are like stray dogs on the street—just stepping stones to be kicked aside.

But Johnson dared not underestimate him.

Black Tiger Roya—the youngest member of the Loxx Pirates, an intern on par with Kaido, only seven years old, already with a bounty of 300 million berries! Even Charlotte Linlin couldn’t match him at that age; he was a monster among monsters!

“Prepare for battle!”

With the Vice Admiral’s angry shout, the Navy on deck raised their weapons toward the sky.

“No need to bluff,” Roya’s eyes reversed in color, “I can see your fear.”

The sailors’ eyes quickly darkened.

Then—

“Waaaahhh!”

Overwhelming terror made the Navy scream in agony, tears streaming down their faces, some even losing control of their bladders, too scared to look up.

“What?”

The Vice Admiral’s face twisted.

Is this… Black Tiger Roya’s ability?

“Huh? Are there still so many of you?”

Roya looked at the sailors still capable of fighting and couldn’t help but sigh. Regular armies really are different; their psychological training clearly surpasses that of pirates.

“Well then, I’ll give you all a big present.”

Bronze patterns spread across the large horn on his head.

“Navy, have you ever seen an attack that falls from the sky?”

Vice Admiral Johnson suddenly heard the sound of wind.

He instinctively looked up.

His pupils shrank instantly to the size of a needle.

In the sky, a massive fireball was falling!

No, it wasn’t a fireball but a solid rock!

A meteor!

A meteor dragging a long fiery tail!

This guy summoned a meteor!
