In the world of Mythical Three Kingdoms, the allocation of [Basic Attributes] is quite complex. Taking Strength as an example: when Strength is below 10 points, each point requires 1 origin attribute point to increase. Once Strength reaches 10 points, increasing from 10 to 11 requires 2 origin attribute points, and so forth. Increasing from 19 to 20 also costs 2 points. Thus, raising Strength from 10 to 20 consumes 20 origin attribute points.
Following this pattern, going from 20 to 21 costs 3 origin points, and similarly, raising Strength from 20 to 30 costs 30 origin points.
By extension, increasing Strength from 30 to 40 requires 40 origin points... and from 80 to 90 demands 90 origin points. In total, reaching 90 Strength requires 10 + 20 + ... + 90 = 450 origin points—this is theoretical.
If starting with a higher base, fewer points are needed. For example, with an initial Strength of 8, one needs 442 origin points to reach 90 Strength. Given Lin Mu gains 4 origin points per level, even allocating all points to Strength, reaching 90 is nearly impossible.
The level cap in Mythical World is 100! With only about 400 origin points gained by level 100, reaching 90 Strength is out of reach.
Beyond 90 Strength, the cost increases dramatically: going from 90 to 91 requires 10 origin points, from 91 to 92 costs 20, following the formula (N*10), where N is the units digit of the Strength level above 90.
Players know specifics up to 98 to 99 but remain uncertain whether 99 to 100 follows this rule. Many speculate that legendary generals may reach the 100 Strength peak.
Lin Mu suspects, however, that gaining 100 origin points alone won’t suffice to upgrade from 99 to 100 Strength because that leap represents a huge chasm—the difference between Epic Historical Generals and Legendary Historical Generals.
For example, generals like Lü Bu and Zhao Yun are Epic Historical Generals, whereas Zhang Liao is a Legendary Historical General. Their Strength difference—100 versus 99—is immense, but their combat power gap cannot be bridged by mere origin points. The mystery remains.
Other basic attributes such as Command, Intelligence, and Politics follow similar upgrade patterns and have mutual constraints, which Lin Mu sets aside for now.
Lin Mu and Zhang Xiao Hu continued their training...
